IES Automation delivered a Reliable Controls® BMS upgrade at Canberra House, one of Canberra’s earliest high-rise commercial buildings. As part of our work on this facility, we were proud to help the building achieve its 4-star NABERS rating by installing chilled beams for highly efficient heating and cooling. With 57% of its energy sourced from renewables, this project stands as a shining example of how sustainability and innovative building design can work seamlessly together. The system integrates perimeter chilled beams, HVAC zones, and central plant infrastructure to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Our platform ensures ongoing reliability, remote visibility, and precise control, tailored to the demands of high-occupancy office spaces in one of the city’s busiest civic locations.
